My control is giving an error.I reset if again. I cant add it to the omada system." Unable to add hardwara controller or integrated router" The device is offline.what should i do ?

Are you trying to adopt ER7212C to an OC200?
You can't do that. ER7212PC is a 3-in-1 Omada VPN router with Omada SDN controller built-in. We can also say it's a controller. Omada SDN controller can only manage EAP, router and switches, we can't use any kind of controller to manage ER7212PC.
If I am wrong, please tell us what device you have and more details.
