Hi there, i wanna know if this topology will work in a real seanario.
All routers are cisco, and i want to work with TPLINK switchs in the LAN. if yes there is a document that ensure this

This is a typical tree topology and nothing wrong with the illustration.
Not sure what kind of doc you are looking for. We do not maintain or have a compatibility list. This is a generic network setup and would be universal regardless of the switches you use.
