Hello,
My switch is set so that unknown multicast groups are discarded. 
Now the problem is that SSDP no longer works. The SSDP telegrams seem to be declared as unknown.
 

The devices respond to the igmp query telegram successfully.
 

21:47:30.962796 IP 192.168.137.17 > 224.0.0.1: igmp query v2

21:47:32.908624 IP 192.168.137.146 > 239.255.255.250: igmp v2 report 239.255.255.250

21:47:33.108624 IP 192.168.137.146 > 224.0.0.251: igmp v2 report 224.0.0.251

21:47:33.618618 IP 192.168.137.146 > 224.0.23.12: igmp v2 report 224.0.23.12


The multicast addresses do not appear on the “Multicast Info” page.

I have tried to create the multicast group manually. But there the mutlicast address is declared as invalid.

 

Is there a solution how I can use SSDP with activate “Discard unknown multicast groups”?

I have tried the beta version 2.30.7 and the error no longer occurs there.

This new Pre-Release firmware and the following will remove the limitation on SSDP. Now you can configure this multicast address with the version after.
