OC200 / SDN - IP addresses not display against clients
OC200 / SDN - IP addresses not display against clients

I have the following configuration as per the image, firmware as follows:
ER605V2 - 2.2.6 Build 2024 20240718 Rel.82712
ES208G - 1.0.0 Build 20241121 Rel.81545
ES216G - 1.0.0 Build 20241128 Rel.71681
The DHCP server is functioning correctly and addresses are being provided to all clients on the network. My issue is that I when I look at the clients list the IP address fields are blank, even where I have fixed an address it is not displayed.
Not sure what the issue is, had the same result using the Omada SDN controller. Any guidance/help appreciated. Thanks

We currently have no plans to enable IP address display on ES switches via firmware updates due to hardware limitations specific to this switch series.
All other types of SDN switches will continue to display complete client information.
As an alternative, we are developing a feature to view the DHCP client list on the Omada Gateway. If your network uses an Omada gateway for IP address assignment, you’ll be able to check the IP addresses of clients connected to ES switches through this list.

Currently IP addresses of clients connected to ES series switches are not displayed. This is ...apparently... going to be changed at some future point (probably in a controller version or two) to read the IP addresses from the router if the router served the clients DHCP. Whether or not this will work for statically assigned devices, i do not know.

@GRL thank you very much, is there a timeline for this support you know off, and which range of switches would support the feature ?
Appreciate your help, thanks.

I forgot, this effects al ES switch models, so everything you have and all the other ones too. The future fix should apply to all of them as its a controller / router side fix.

@Vincent-TP apologies, a silly question, but what exactly is the Omada gateway ? This is not the OC200 controller but something else we introduce into the network?
