Unable to find device id

Model: VIGI NVR4032H

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0

Unable to find device ID and I also checked in nvr up and down there no device I need for remotely access in computer or laptop

Not sure what Device ID you refer to in this context.

There is a QR code on the label, which should be the string of code you need for the device key/ID.

Not sure what Device ID you refer to in this context.

There is a QR code on the label, which should be the string of code you need for the device key/ID.
