Dear Sir/Madam I have a C340i outdoor camera , so in morning because of sunlight the camera captures too much light because of installation of camera isagainst the sunlight so i have to set exposure setting to manual and set shutter speed to 1/500 and when i set to manual the Antiflicker option gets disabled due to which everything is fine in morning but at night the camera gives flicker output so i request you to make manual exposure setting simultaneously with anti flicker feature and also 3D Dnr option also missing although my camera support it .

Because you set the shutter speed to manual, that's why it is anti-flicker is disabled. Anti-flicker is to avoid the human-made light flickering. 

If you don't need that anti-flicker to be auto, you should set the shutter speed to auto.

 

Consider changing the other aspects like the exposure and WDR.

Or consider repositioning your camera, which is facing the sunlight. That's not what we recommend. 

Or install it under the roof or place a hood over it to avoid being overexposed to the sunlight.

My camera is installed under roof and DWDR also isn't helping much i guess its not effective because camera installed towards west facing direction and from the morning itself when sun is in east or south east direction still camera get over exposed also i turned on BLC and HLC too . The only solution to my problem is setting exposure to manual from 7.Am to 5.pm and set to Auto from 5pm to 7am on daily basis 

If its possible i request you to provide a scheduled feature so that in morning it auto shift to manual with saved shutter speed and in evening again auto shift to Auto to prevent flickering. If you want i can provide you pictures
