Model: EAP610-Outdoor
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: latest

I have an omada network running with a hardware controler (oc200) and 3 ap's (eap620). I want to add an eap 610, but the problem is that I cannot access the admin panel due to a 403 forbidden message. Permission denied, omada software is running. webser is forbidden. I have reset the ap and could enter, but after a short period it shows the same message. I was able to upgrade the firmware, but still problem persists. I turned off the oc200, but it does not help, same message. It looks like another controller is in charge, but I have nothing in my network. I cannot see the controller in the omada software, so there is no way to adopt.

What could be wrong here?

Found the solution. Disconnect your laptop from the internet if you have a cable. Turn the AP on, do not connect to the internet. Then the WLan's become available, and you can connect and use the short link. All other options in the short manual failed, at least for me

Hi  @aideeaidee

Do you have an Omada Software controller installed on the management PC?

The Omada Software controller performs the same function as the OC200 — Omada hardware controller.

Generally, we can only run one Omada controller at a time. When the PC detect there is already an controller running, the error shows up.
