VIGI NVR and Imou camera no audio

Hello,
I found this thread : https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/682400?replyId=1396104
But i have issue changing audio encoding of Imou Bullet 2C.
Dahua Config Tool says Login prohibited.
I can log in with Imou Config Tool but it is missing the Audio option.
Any help please.

The device’s official website does not list its supported audio codecs, and there is no way to configure the audio format on the unit itself. At this point, it appears to be a compatibility issue. The audio-configuration feature requires ONVIF Profile T support, and the NVR1104H-4P v1.0 with the latest firmware does support ONVIF Profile T. The third-party IPC’s specification sheet only states that it “supports ONVIF,” so the problem is most likely on the camera side. I recommend contacting the camera vendor’s technical support for further assistance.

Thank you for your post. Could you confirm that your NVR model is also the NVR1008H? Please let me know its hardware and firmware versions. As for being unable to log in to the Dahua Config Tool, you might want to contact Dahua Support for assistance. When managing third-party cameras, compatibility issues can arise, so performance may not meet expectations.

When you say “no audio,” do you mean there is no sound during live view or playback in both the NVR GUI and the web interface?
Please go to NVR → Settings → Camera → Stream → Audio and see if the ONVIF-added device is listed there.
If you still can’t get audio, try accessing the camera’s web page directly via its IP address and check whether any audio-related settings are available.

@Ethan-TP in Settings > Camera > Audio > Stream when i select from Channel dropdown the Imou camera it shows message "This channel is not supported"
Imou camera has no web interface but in Imou app where it is added i hear audio from this camera.
