Hi Everyone,

 

I have a SG6654X  switch that currently using firmware version 1.0.13 and the current target version for next upgrade is 1.20.4. Am I able to upgrade directly or required sequential path? Also, would it be possible to downgrade?

 

I'm using cloud controller.

Thanks for posting in our business forum.

If you use the SG6654X V1, the latest firmware should be 1.0.14 with this link.

If so, you can try to directly to this latest version from your current one, this is the related guide for your reference-How to Upgrade/Downgrade Omada Switches.
