Hi, My OC300 has just prompted me to upgrade the firmware on my SG3210 v3.20 switch from firmware version v3.20.23 Build 20260423 Rel 25947 to firmware version v3.20.24 Build 20260509 Rel.23533

My switch is using the SFP port 10 as the uplink to my SG3452 switch and now on a reboot of the SG3210 switch, the switch shows as rebooting in the OC300 controller but after a few minutes shows as disconnected. The SG3210 switch is actually up after the reboot and the clients have ip address and working network but now its uncontactable in the controller. If I unplug the SFP module from port 10 and plug it back in again the switch then reappears in the controller as connected and all is fine.

What's the model number of the SFP module you are using?

Hi,

when will there be a solution for this failure? This is witht my three Edge-Switchs (3210 with LAG on SFP for uplink) a massive failure, so I have to stop every update-task. I testet it on one device and when this problem appears i was only able to solf it by console (all other Ports are in other VLANs so there was no Discovery possible). This is really an huge mistake in this update and kills instant remote Locations! Please fix asap!
