Hi,

Since I was updating the newly released firmware on my switches, I noticed that one of the switches has potentially caught of an issue since the firmware upgrade and it will not supply POE to any device connected.

I have about 6 cameras on it and non are receiving any power.

I have attempted to reboot the switch however that has not helped.

I am presently downgrading it back to the old firmware and see if that would fix it.

To better assist with this issue, please help collect the information below:

1. May I ask how many SG3428XPP-M2 do you have in total?

2. Have you performed the firmware downgrade yet? Does it help resolve the issue?

3. Are you using the switch in controller mode or standalone mode?

4. Please check if there are any configurations for POE schedules.

5. Could you please DM me and provide the configuration file (show running-config) and log file (show logging buffer) so that we could check it on our end?

6. Regarding the 6 cameras mentioned, which switch ports are they connected to? Would it be possible to try unplugging and replugging them or changing ports to see if they can be powered on?

BTW, what's the model of the camera? Have they worked perfectly with the switch before? Do you have another PoE switch to have a try?
