Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.7.0 Build 20200703 Rel.59609

Hi

im looking to downgrade one of my oc200 controllers, but I dont have the option in Maintenance. I only have Upgrade. But in controller upgrade support documentation it shows you can browse for this manually. Anyone come across this problem?

The new Oc200 firmware says my EAP225s v3 are not compatible

You need to log into OC200's web UI directly. The manual upgrade does not work through the TP-Link cloud.

It's the EAP's old firmware which is not compatible. The EAP225 V3 itself is compatible with the correct SDN firmware.

See the Omada Controller Upgrade Guide and the various posts at top of this subforum for more information.
