Why are ER-605 v1 users being left behind already and why is TP-Link acting hostile toward cutomers?

Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.2

The last time I brought up this issue I was banned without warning.  This is a terrible way to treat customers and I've spent a small fortune on TP-Link products over the years.  I'm ready to change that if TP-Link customers are going to be treated like this.

The ER-605 debacle is unbelievable.  Is there any plan to support those who received v1 hardware (even recently) and bring actual marketed features to the platform?  Just encouraging people to go and buy v2 hardware isn't a realistic solution.

1. There's no way to know which hardware you will receive in most instances.

2. A lot of us haven't even owned the router for a year.

Full tunneling VPN should have been a feature from day 1.  mDNS should never have been listed as a feature if it wasn't complete in the box.  v1 units should not be EOL already.

All of these points can easily apply to other products/users and it's important that they be addressed by TP-Link, otherwise faith and credibility will be lost.
