apenas consigo acesso aos roteadores quando estou na rede local deles.

quando tento acessar remoto, aparece várias vezes a mensagem "you have been timed out".

já habilitei o acesso remoto 0.0.0.0 / 0

pode me ajudar como resolver?

Hi, is the router IP a public IP?

If your router's WAN IP is a private IP, a port forwarding need to be set on it.
