Problem with login to OC200 controller when Internet is not available
Hi.
I have network where I have Internet over fiber, OPT converter, ER605 router (1.2.1 Build 20220512 Rel.76748 firmware), few TL-SG2008P v1.0 and TL-SG2008 v4.0 switches, all managed by OC200 1.0 controller (1.21.7 Build 20221206 Rel.58608 firmware, 5.7.6 controller version). (There is EAP620 HD(EU) v1.0 and EAP620 HD(EU) v1.0 but this is not important). All devices with latest firmware, OC200 controller with latest firmware a controller version too.
I can login to OC controller for management using local IP address and over Internet (Omada cloud).
But when Internet disappear (in example. Internet provider do some planned maintenance) I couldn't login to OC200 controller using local IP address from computer connected over Ethernet (cable). I can open login page but after typing user and password an press Log in button I wait some time and controller page with dashboard is not loading.
I understand tha I couldn't login to controller over Omada cloud (my controller don't have access to Internet when fiber is down). But why I couldn't login to OC200 controller portal directly in local lan when Internet is not working? When Internet is back I can login OC200 controller using local IP address immediately.
Because of this is hard to do troubleshooting when Internet is not available and find were is the problem, if tis is because of Internet provider problem or something is wrong with one of my network devices.
