I tried upgrading my eap. there's "release candidates" that I chose and it broke my network. I tried reverting back to the original stable firmware and my network hasn't been the same since. I wish omada kept the option to manually upgrade just one Device for testing purposes. the new upgrading method upgrades all devices and now it broke my network

do I have to manually hard reset them to get them back on the original functioning state?

Hi  @Morris211

Attempt to reboot the root EAP using the switch port PoE recovery feature. It appears that the mesh unit may be causing a loop in your network.

The most effective solution would be to power off all APs first, then power on the Mesh Root APs, followed by the mesh units.

Also on Site settings, disable Auto-Failover.
