Model: SG2008P
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I am considering replacing some older switches with the Omada SG2008P model.  I like this model because the switches will be desktop mounted and the cable connections are on the back side.

Can someone explain the differences between the Omada SG2008P and the Jetstream TL-SG2008P (which I have seen marked somewhere as EOL).  It seems that most local retailers are only offering the TL-SG2008P model and I don’t want to purchase anything that is on its way out.

It's the same switch but with different version numbers. When ordering, make sure you get SG2008P and not TL-SG2008P, that's the old model. It's chaos with all the different versions. As I said, the new product name is SG2xxxx.

Thanks for the info.  I found some more info on an older post which I didn't see earlier.
