CAN'T ADOPT MY EAP 650 VIA SOFTWARE CONTROLLER TO OMADA

Hello, can someone help me, i have been struggling to adopt my device to omada software controller, it always ends in adopting and never finishes adopting, device is eap650 outdoor, when i plugged in the ethernet directly from poe to my pc it adopts the device, but once i put the ethernet back to my router the software stuck on adopting. what can the problem be anyone with the knowledge.

Hi @samig6

When you trying to adopt the EAP, was the software PC connecting to the EAP's default SSID?

When the controller is about the adopt the EAP, it will apply its config to the EAP, including the SSID settings. By default, there is no SSID created for a controller, this means the controller will clear the EAP's SSID.

Please connect the controller PC to the main router's network to adopt the EAP.
