Looks like my nvr is working fine and network but the vigi cloud access is not (vigi mobile application) says device is offline but i could access the nvr web interface by connecting to loval network?

 

Any issue with TPlink cloud access platform feature

Based on the pictures, your network where your NVR resides seems to experience an Internet connectivity issue. You might diagnose the Internet problems on your local network before seeing them online from the cloud.
