  @Vincent-TP Dear sir , after upgrading the firmware on my cpe 220 to recent one (cpe220un v3 2025074) i started experiencing significnat connectivty issues.The device works fine for about 15/20 minutes but then loses the internet connection from my ax1500 access point. when i try to connect to cpe 220 with my phone or pc i get "could not get ip" error or sometimes password wrong and just no connection.additionaly accesing the web interface becomes very diificult sometime not accepting password sometimes not connecting att all when i made reset the connecting.

ı am using the cpe 220 in bridge mode to receive wireless internet from my ax1500 router(which is operating in access point mode) amd provide wireless internet to tapo camare. before the firmware update eveything was working perfectly.

i also test another brand new cpe 220 unit (purchased for a friend but currently in my possession) using adapter from the new box, the same issue occured so it is not an adapter problem i have also verified that cables are in good condition.

after this issues i installed the new cpe 220 which has oder firmware version 2.2.3 build 20201028 rel 55382 and the device is working without any problem.

it seems that the problem is related to the latest firmware version , shall i try to update with prerelease update or shall i send unit directly to the service , i just wonder if things will not correct and if i need to send unit to service , will they make problem that i have installed prerelease update?
