Connectivity Issues on CPE 220 After Firmware Upgrade

hello
after upgrading the firmware on my cpe 220, i began experiencing connectivity problems, the device works normally for about 15-20 minutes, but then it loses the internet connection from my AX1500 access point. when i attempt to connect cpe 220 with my phone or PC , i receive the error "could not obtain IP" in that time i am not able to access the web interface , if i turn off and turn on , again start working for some time normal , then after again same problems.
config : cpe 220 in bridge mode receiving internet from AX1500 router working in access point mode and providing internet to tapo camera
i have in my hand one brand new cpe 220 bought for one of my friend , i took that one adaptor to see if there is problem with adaptor , again had the same problems , i checked all cables , eveything is fine.
so i installed brand new one with old firmware 2.2.3 build 20201028 rel 55382 and all system working fine.
as far as i understand this problems coming from upgrade but unfo i can not rollback the earlier firmware , i also tried TFTP
I have seen a beta release of new update shall i try that one , or is there any other suggestion ,
and if i try beta release and if things will get worse will be any problem with warranty?
thanks in advance

Hi @Tifone
Thanks for posting here.
Please test with different channels of the main router, this may caused by wifi interference.
What's more, we don't recommend using CPE products under bridge/repeater mode.

As for the pre-release firmware, yes, you are welcome to update it, and it may help.

Hi @Tifone
Did you download the pre-release version from the following link?
https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/833578
It's for CPE220 V3, is your device V3?
If so, please also try with different web browsers, and private mode of the browser.

@Vincent-TP yes i have loaded from that link
i took the risk and tried to upgrade the other cpe220 in my hand with same file (prerelease)
upgraded without any problem , i hope i will not have same connection problems while using
in bridge mode.
the problematic cpe 220 i tried as you mentioned another browsers / private modes etc
unfo not accepting file , what i have noticed is cpe 220 only accepting the firmware file which
is inside , not accepting any other firmware i.e screenshot as attached.
what i have tried is
- loaded firmware given link from 3 browsers
- tried to upgrade with 3 browsers
unfo always same not accepting file
pleased to hear

Hi @Tifone
Thanks for the info. There is no much we can do at this moment.
When did you purchase the CPE220? You may contact your retailer to check the warranty.
