Camera: HIK Network Camera DS-2CD1023G2-LIU

 

Hi Experts, i connected My new camera to the DVR using CAT7 cable connection.

 

It can detect camera but when I tried to add, it says it does not exist.

 

Need help in this matter.

Thank you for your post. Please confirm whether your camera supports addition via ONVIF and RTSP protocols. Additionally, verify that the NVR can ping the camera and ensure the camera’s connection is stable.
