Newbie and stumped

Have an OC200 - and I see all my devices except the four TL-SG608E Gigabit Switches.  On line I see that I can download an app to manage the device - but it would seem useful to also manage from my OC200 Controller.

Maybe I am doing something wrong?  I try to add the device from the web Controller UI - but it says I must enable both cloud access and device management.  Can this SOHO switch be seen (and managed) from the OC200?

Thanks

  @TrashPanda99

those switches are not controllable by Omada

If it doesnt say Omada on the box, or on the label or casing of the device, it is not adoptable.

Hi  @TrashPanda99

TL-SG608E can't be managed by the Omada Controller, nor the Omada APP.

On line I see that I can download an app to manage the device

>>>Would you please share with us the link you see this info? If that's true, we will correct it ASAP. Thanks.
