Today, Amazon Web Services (AWS) experienced a significant outage in the US affecting many companies and services. While TP-Link is working diligently to minimize the impact of this outage on our customers, we want to share the latest information available, so you know what to expect. The situation is fluid, so your individual experience may differ from these general impacts we are aware of.

We appreciate your support and patience and will continue to update you as the situation progresses.

Omada Devices

Devices should continue to provide network access and VIGI cameras with NVRs should continue to work and record as normal.

Cloud related management and functions may be impacted:
  •

Omada remote access and management may be impacted, which could result in slower responses, multiple retries, or temporary unavailability of certain functions.
  •

Omada features such as Client Portal that require coordination between the cloud and network devices may not work.
  •

VIGI remote access and management functions including VMS login, event notification, live viewing, setting adjustment may not work.

@ludbarri OMADA SDN is completely inaccessible. All my APs have been disconnected and are in "ADOPTION." And when I log into Omada, it disconnects me within minutes. Because no one says anything.
