Is there a way to send an alert broadcast to all hotspot users? If not I would like to suggest that option.

We can use that future to send important warning or inform users of important or upcoming event.

No current way to do this, and i doubt it is all that feasible since the controller, other than the portal TCP ports itself, is likely very highly isolated form non-management vlans in most scenarios
