  @NeilR_M I have now connected the AP direct to the switch box using a new pre made cable and the switch is showing Green 1000MBPS but when i do a speed test now download is 48mbps and upload is 106mbps this driving me mad lol

  @AndyH69 At this point, it may be best to get you in our ticketing system to be able to troubleshoot more effectively. Can you send an email to forumsupport@tp-link.com with the subject line "[Forum Escalation][ID 858710] Slow AP Speed"? That will get you to an agent that can look more closely into your network to find the issue.

  @NeilR_M I have tried to send an email to that email address and it keeps bouncing back as undeliverable, I copied and pasted the email address so not sure if it is correct. could you please check.

  @NeilR_M Thought you might want to know the cause of the issue for future reference, i ended up swapping the PoE power supply for the first AP in the system for a new one as that was the only thing left and that has cured the problem across all the AP's they are all now transmitting around 450 to 500 meg which is a massive improvement.
