Please refer the following suggesttion:
1.Please upgrade your EAP firmware to the latest version.
2.You mentioned the RSSI value is -75dBm, which indicates poor signal reception on your client device and substandard network quality. We kindly suggest you check whether there are any obstacles or interference sources between your mobile phone and the EAP. Generally, to guarantee normal network quality, an RSSI above -70dBm is required for 2.4G networks, and above -65dBm for 5GHz networks, while -30dBm represents excellent network quality.
3.Please try moving your client device closer to the EAP, and check whether the disconnection issue still occurs.

If the issue persists after the above adjustments, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide the following information:  

1.Have you tested the connection with a wired client? Does the same issue occur with a wired connection?
2.Does this issue occur on both of your EAP devices?
3.Was your EAP working properly before? Approximately when did this issue first appear?
