Iv been talking to tp-link support directly over emails to enable port security on the omada controller but they said that hasnt been implemented yet, the only way i manage to do it is through Device CLI, but there should be an interface on the GUI to do this, if i use the switch in standalone mode, that section is there on the web ui.

I have the latest controller version to date which is 6.2.0.17
