Hi

I have an OC300 controller with the most recent firmware release loaded.

In the office, we have 1 mail server (single lan address) and 1 web server with 4 Lan IPs on the interface to handle four different websites on port 443.  One domain controller and data server.

I have 5 useable static WAN IP's provided by the ISP. configured with the aliases on the Wan settings.configured.

There are 30 desktop PCs.

Fictitious IPs are used here.

ISP addreses:

1.1.1.9 (Gateway)

1.1.1.10  (assigned to Vlan and routed via switches to desktops and servers)

1.1.1.11

1.1.1.12

1.1.1.13

1.1.1.14

Lan IP Range  192.168.0.1/24

Mail server IP and ports - 192.168.0.12 ports 80/443/25/993 (Port 443 used for webmail)

Webserver - Primary IP 92.168.0.20 - website 1 / 192.168.0.21 - website 2 /192.168.0.22 - website 3/ 192.168.0.23 - website 4

Ports required on each IP address 80 / 443 / 8008 / 8080/ Port 21 (on primary IP only)

Domain controller - 192.168.0.30 (No external routing)

Data server - 192.168.0.40 (No external routing)

So where is the issue?  When selecting a port forwarding rule, select the parameters, i.e., port 80, WAN interface and first WAN IP address (Primary ISP address used for network internet browsing in this case 1.1.1.10)  and route it to, say, the email server. This works fine.

But if I select another port forwarding rule, this time select, say, WAN IP address 1.1.1.11, select port 80 and route to web server, it says it cannot create this rule as port 80 is already in use? - Its a different IP address.....

If I delete the first port forwarding rule and then create a new one, this time selecting one of the other WAN IP addresses on the WAN interface and routing to the web server only, it creates it, but the ports are not open?

Router  is a ER7206 - Firmware 1.4.3.Build 20252027 (Latest update)

Controller OC300 - 6.2.10.18 Firmware 1.34.18 Build 20260506 Rel.79284 (Latest)

The screen shot you show is correct i what I see.  But sadly it fails.

I guess you have a V1 router, right? It probably hasn't been updated with the latest fixes since it's end of life.

O Really, it was recently bought brand new from a reputable supplier. Currently, the office system uses a Cisco network backbone, and it just works. The MD sold this system as upcoming, since we are replacing the entire network, including upgrades to Windows 11 and Server 2025. How many versions of the router are there if I may ask?

There are many different versions of all the products, it's quite confusing, but here is a link to the products so you can see for yourself.

but if you have just bought it, it is probably possible to return it and ask for a router that is not end of life.
