Desde que la compramos lo hacía y nos mandaba notificaciones al celular, pero está maña mandó las últimas y ya no envío más. No detecta movimientos y por eso no envía notificaciones. Ya hice de todo desde la app pero nada funciona.

2. Please go to the Camera Settings page of your camera>Detection & Alerts>Activity Notifications page to check if you have enabled Activity Notifications. Please send me pictures of the Activity Notifications page and the Activity Type page to confirm if this feature is configured correctly.
3. If the camera detects movements and the Activity Notifications are configured correctly, but you can't receive notifications, please refer to the link below to troubleshoot.
Why can't I receive notifications after turning on Notifications?
