Attaching an image of our network configuration. Note that the ISP told me that our router, connected to their modem, is bound to it so it configures with our static internet IP address and that all port forwarding can be accomplished on my end. I have tried and what appears to be configure correctly does not work and suspecting their modem may be blocking. The router between modem is switch is the A7. The router at other end is the AX3000 and is fed through the WAN port by the CPE710 that is 192.168.0.152.

The server is on PC 192.168.1.129.  On the router to which it is connected I have the desired UDP Port range forwarded to said PC at 192.168.1.129.  On the A7 I have that same port range forwarded to the AX3000 at 192.168.0.8. IMO this should work but the server is not visible on the internet. I am not sure what is blocking it. For reference I am trying to make an ARMA 3 dedicated server visible. It uses 2302-2306. I am not quite sure where to go from here.
