Can I connect eap245 with d-link switch 1210 mp, or are there any compatbility issues?

Yes, you can. EAP245 needs 802.3af. Dlink's 'MP' switches support both 802.3af and 802.3at.

EAP245 doesn't support neither bridge/wds nor MESH. It's only 802.11k/v, which is not close to bridge mode.
