Can you recommend me a model that have an ipsec client with wan/lan capabilities.
this one I think have only vpn server not client :

If you mean IPsec LAN to LAN VPN, then all TP-LINK VPN routers support it. And we recommand to choose the latest hardware version.
If you mean IPsec Client to LAN VPN, generally it's used on end devices like PC. TP-LINK router cannot be IPsec VPN client in Client to Lan mode.
