Cannot reach User Interface anymore TL-R480T+

Hello,
When I type in the address of the Router the User Interface does not open anymore. I get an internal Communication Error.
The Router still works and i can ping the Address.
How can I access the User Interface again?
I also tried the CLI interface and could connect. A Boot Menu appears. But seems there is no Documentation how to use it.
Can someone help?
