I am currently on 1.2.3 Build 20200430 Rel.52621, the system said a new firmware was available (1.7.0 Build 20200703 Rel.59609) and once it was successfully downloaded, the message I receive on attempt to upgrade is "Incompatible firmware version 1.7.0 Build 20200703 Rel.59609. If continue with upgrade, the configurations and data will be lost. Please back up the configurations before upgrading. I know that I am also showing - Controller Version: 3.2.12 if that helps at all.

The new firmware Build 20200703 is upgraded to Omada SDN Controller, which can configure and manage only the certain devices with supported firmware.

If you want to upgrade to this new version, please make sure your device is compatible with Omada SDN Controller. View the Omada SDN Compatibility List to check if your device is compatible with Omada SDN Controller. Please click the device image and check if you have the latest firmware. If not, please download the latest firmware from that page.
