OC200 FW Ver: 1.7.0 not updating DST time. Caused scheduled backup to fail.
Upgraded this AM and my 12 noon backup failed with this message. I checked and the OC200 when the message appeared and its showing the system time as 11:01.
[Failed]Auto Backup failed to execute with generating file AutoBackup failed because autobackup schedule time was expired.

Only thing it is was 12:01 at the time. I checked my NTP server settings and TZ settings and they didn't change from what they were before I upgraded this AM.
(UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada)
Tried changing the NTP Servers but didn't make a difference.
Anyone got any ideas?

The new controller doesn't have daylight saving time, it's talked in other thread, so there is one hour difference due to that and I think it is the cause.

@Yannie Thanks for the reply.
I set it back to factory defaults this AM and manually set it up again. Well see it that works. If it does I'll set it to EST till DST is over.

Mine runs the latest Firmware 1.7.1
The system date is 24th Nov. It doesnt change at all.
If I came next week it will be stilll 24th of Nov.
This caused some problem for our Vouchers. Some they never expires.
I updated the ntp servers and still.
How to fix it please.

What NTP server is configured on the OC200? Are you able to ping the NTP server in your network?

@Fae
Kindly find below:
Site settings, Controller Settings, Controller Status. Notice that in the last picture (Controller Status) The date is 24th of November. This date doesn't change at all meaning tomorrow also will be 24th of Nov . We have a ticketing problem that when we give 1 hour voucher the time limit doesn't work and the client when he comes tomorrow it will allow him to use the internet although 1 hour voucher is already expired.
