Whenever there is a problem with the ISP, the Internet is automatically disconnected via your access point or wireless router. ... The same happens when you are connected directly or through TP-Link router. In such cases, wait and check if the wifi connection automatically restores back on its own

is it available for purchase to a normal consumer in india,as I have purchased it from a dealer.And if yes then do list this product on the indian website.
