Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.7.0 Build 20200703 Rel.59609


Printout of the portal vouchers with 2 vouchers next to each other (previously this was 4), which equates to half the number of vouchers per sheet:

 

versie 1.4.7

 

 

 

versie 1.2.3

Thank you for your clarification.

 

The voucher on paper could be adjusted accordingly. Are you using Chrome or Firefox?

 

In my test with Firefox, I can get 5 next to each other when I adjust Scale to 50%.

I did this via Safari on my iPad, I don't have the 50% option, not even with Chrome or Firefox on my iPad.  This works on my desktop or laptop.  Thanks for the tip.

Could you please describe the problem clearly with more detailed info? Are you using OC200 or software Controller 4.1.5?

Do you mean that you selected 2 voucher codes for printing, but you actually get 5 vouchers codes(say 10 vouchers codes per sheet) printed out?
