Retention in Omada Controller on EAP-245 isnt working
Hi,
Ive realized that the retention isnt working.
Ive set it to 60 days but there are still entries in "Insight" which are much older than 60 days.
How can I achieve that all entries older than 60 days will be deleted?
Regards
Nardino

@Nardino, I guess you are referring to those entries:
The »Duration« column shows the total (accumulated) duration the device was associated with an EAP's WLAN.
The »Last Seen« column shows the date which is used by the controller to decide whether this entry is to be deleted or not.
All entries above are still inside the retention period of 60 days.

Dear @Nardino,
May I know the hardware and firmware version of your EAP245? What's the version of your Omada Controller? Could you upload a screenshot of the retention settings page and insight page where you still see the older entries?

@Nardino, no need to feel bad. When I saw Insight statistics the first time, I also did scratch my head why my laptop was shown with 17 days connect time. ;-)
