Hi there

topology is tplink router then the switch

we need to give vendor remote access with list of their IPs and ports they need open.

question is how to open specific ports on specific vlans?

Remote access usually has something to do with the NAT devices in the network, you may do the virtual server configuration on the router to open the ports.
