Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 3.5.0 build 20200113 rel. 64315

Hi Guys hope you can help me my omada controller can detect my eap 110 outdoor but my problem is when the eap 110 is on provisioning my pc or even my cp or tablet can't detect its SSID. What seem to be the problem ? Thanks

Dear @dafuk4z,

 

What's the version of the Omada Controller? 

If it's V4.1.5, please upgrade the EAP to the SDN version accordingly. 

Besides, it's suggested to run the Omada Controller with wired connection.

For your EAP110-Outdoor V3 Build 20200113, please upgrade the Omada Controller to the recommended version for checking.

Forgot to mention, the screenshot is for eu for reference, you could just follow the link to get the right firmware as per your region. As for SDN, I thought the FAQ I provided previously could explain better, so in short, TP-Link SDN is a platform that can manage the Omada router, Omada switch and Omada access points. Only certain devices support SDN platform, please check the SDN compatibility list before you upgrade to it.
