Deae @GSApartner,

Is the OC200 powered up via a PoE switch or via the micro USB?

Is the OC200 working steadily in the local network?

Have you tried swap the second OC200 with the unstable OC200 for checking?

With the same power supply, same Ethernet cable, would the issue exist on the specific OC200?

Besides, may I check the firmware version of the OC200? Is it Build20200430 (equal to Omada Controller v3.2.12)?

If your Omada EAPs are compatible with the Omada v4.1.5 or above, try updating the OC200 to the latest version.

Dear @GSApartner,

Hello, this is a 3.2.12 version but how can I tell if it is compatible with the 4.2.4 version? Thank you for your help.

You could follow the firmware download link to check the Supported device models and firmware,

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/oc200/#Firmware

If your EAP devices are in the list then they are compatible with the Omada controller 4.2.4.
