Model: TL-ER6120
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 3.0.1 Build 20180724 Rel.80086

I was trying to look for a solution in this community about my problem with regards to forwarding Port 104 and 105 but unfortunately can not find any. Pleast let me know if this was already solved here. Thank you.

We need to setup a Virtual Server for our DICOM Server and ports 22, 443, 104, 105, 11112 were forwarded. We are having problems with ports 104 and 105 and the others are being forwarded just fine. Any assistance will be a greater help.

Thank you.

Dear @rclazarito,

We need to setup a Virtual Server for our DICOM Server and ports 22, 443, 104, 105, 11112 were forwarded. We are having problems with ports 104 and 105 and the others are being forwarded just fine. Any assistance will be a greater help.

If the other ports can be forwarded properly, then the port forwarding (virtual server) function is working on the router, otherwise, none ports could be forwarded successfully. For the issue that port 104/105 is not forwarded, you may ensure that the port 104/105 is available and works on the DICOM Server. Also ensure the settings are configured correctly.

By the way, the current firmware is too old, you may upgrade the firmware to the latest one.

Hi @Fae,

Thank you for your assistance. I've already coordinated this issue with the DICOM server service provider and have not received any response from them. I will also make an upgrade on the firmware as per your recommendation.

Thank you.
