Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.7.3 Build 20201119 Rel.63433

Hello,

last week I updated the firmware on the OC200. Yesterday I found out that wifi clients are incorrectly detected. They randomly switch WiFi clients from Wifi to LAN.

All network devices has updated, no have VLANs.

My network contains:

Omada OC200 controller version 4.2.8, fw 1.7.3 Build 20201119 Rel.63433

TL-R605 router V1          fw 1.0.0 Build 20200930 Rel.36519

TL-SG108E switch          fw 1.0.0 Build 20181120 Rel.40749

1x EAP245 V3                fw 5.0.0 Build 20200918 Rel. 61625
1x EAP 225 outdoor V1  fw 5.0.0 Build 20200918 Rel. 58628

I tryed:

- Omada OC200 reset and restore older cfg

- readopting all devices

How do I fix this?

Thank you very much,

Pavel

@PavelV

I may have to replace the older switch with this omada supported TL-SG2008P

@PavelV

I have the same problem, without the Omada OC200.

Wifi clients are registered as a wired clients.

@Lowie

Hello,

I compared your Omada_Controller_V4.2.8_Windows, in my Omada OC200 is the same version.
It may contain an error.
