Firmware Version: 1.20.0 Build 20200422 Rel. 70505

I have setup a network with 3 access points, a ceiling EAP225 and a wall access point EAP225-wall. All clients are connecting to the two ceiling APs, and wall AP radio doesn't appear to be "on" . In the Omada controller interface under access points, the three are listed: the ceiling ones have channels listed (1(2.4G, 40(5G)) but the EAP245-wall just has "--". All channels are set to Auto   I have tried setting it to specific channels, turning down the Tx Power, rebooting etc and nothing seems to work.

 

 

 

any ideas?

Hey

 

You mention you are using the OC200 controller, can you confirm what version of the software version you are running on the Controller?  It sounds like the controller is not fully adopting the devices correctly, could be a firmware mis-match

 

Put a screenshot in if any issues
