Hi, I'm trying to export data from OC200 (service>Export Data) but a generic error occured.

I've chosed both options : xlsx and csv form but the problem is still the same.

I tried to export Device List and Client List.

My Omada is composed from 3 AP (245&115), 1 Gateway tl-r605 (and 2 switches ( 2008 and 3428) are coming :-)

Thanks in advance for your support

Matteo

P.S.

I'm using Mozzilla browser on win10 Home 64bit latest version (84.0.2)

From the description, it seems that you are trying to export data from OC200 through Cloud Access <https://omada.tplinkcloud.com/>.

At present, we can only export Running Log through Cloud Access.

This issue has been reported to the developer team who will fix it in the subsequent update.
