Dear @Mahdi_isa,
Sorry for the delayed response. Here is the update for the case.
Confirmed with the R&D team, the Omada EAP products cannot report the connected Wired/LAN clients to the Omada Controller since the data from its LAN doesn't pass the CPU.
To ensure the performance of Omada EAP, the current solution is to use Omada Switch to report the Wired/LAN clients of Omada EAP, which will be supported in Omada Controller V4.3(developing). In this way, the displayed Wired/LAN clients will be taken as connected to the Omada Switch instead of the EAP.

Thank you for your valued feedback. I've reported this to the R&D team for checking, if there is a bug, they will add a plan to fix it.
