Hello i have issue with my wired clients connected to my EAP's-235-wall they will not shown in my OC200 controller, if i will reboot the controller they will shown for just a while and disappear later after just 1 minute.

My arrangement is 

OC200 connected to TL-SG2428P with 9 EAP-235-wall.

 

Please advise

Sorry for the delayed response. Here is the update for the case.

 

Confirmed with the R&D team, the Omada EAP products cannot report the connected Wired/LAN clients to the Omada Controller since the data from its LAN doesn't pass the CPU. 

 

To ensure the performance of Omada EAP, the current solution is to use Omada Switch to report the Wired/LAN clients of Omada EAP, which will be supported in Omada Controller V4.3(developing). In this way, the displayed Wired/LAN clients will be taken as connected to the Omada Switch instead of the EAP.

Also me but they told me that we have to waiting also the fw update of the switch.

Probably next week.
