Hi all. I'm new to this but would value your help. I have the eap225 which I have installed on the roof. It's connected to a network point and in powered by Poe adapter. Green light is visible on the adapter and the eap235 unit. The ssid is visible on my phone but when I connect to the tp link 2.4ghz it shows up no internet connection. This was all working a few days ago so not sure why it's showing this now. Any ideas? I'm using the Omada app v3.0.36.

Hey

 

Are you able to Ping or Remotely access the AP from the IP Address?

 

If you connect a client to the device does it get an IP address?

 

Also any info you have on your router / switch setup would help
