EAP245 How to clear wireless status

Hello!
How do I clear the wireless status and reset all sent and error packets numbers to 0? A reboot didn't do the trick.

Where do you get the wireless status? What's the firmware version of your EAP245? Is your EAP managed by the Omada Controller?

The Status is displayed in the Web Interface under Status->Wireless.

Thank you for verifying the information. I'm afraid that there is no option to clear the wireless status.
May I check why you want to clear it, do you have any further trouble with your EAP245?

I'm only using Webinterface.
The current firmware is a little old, you may upgrade the firmware to the latest one if you are facing some issues with the EAP.

@Fae I want to check how many packets fail from a certain point in time. Without the option to clear those stats, the stats themselves become useless.

Not sure on this, but I think upgrading the firmware on your AP *might* actually reset the statistics. Upgrading would be a good idea anway...
If you want statistics based on a time range, and especially if you have multiple APs, I would recommend setting up the Omada Controller Software or getting an OC200. It will give you much more data than you can get from the AP's web interface. The APs don't really have a good way to gather and store very advanced stats.

@Questionmark It looks like Omada stores data in a cloud. I could not find information about which cloud it uses. Either way I won't store my data in a cloud in the US.

Omada can run locally on a Windows or Linux computer without any access to the internet (that's how I do it). You do not need to enable the Cloud Access feature. I don't know which cloud they use. I would feel better if it was in the US instead of China, but I don't use it anyway.
